Server Issues: Repeating posts - I think they know...

While on one hand, I reckon that this can be a good thing, in making such issues known as widespread, rather than merely isolated...

If the folks who are trying to get us the information on the issues are always answering out rabid responses, then are they able to answer our question?

Don't get me wrong :mrorange: I'd like to rant juuuuust as much as the rest of ya xD
But I find myself questioning whether this might effect how quickly we receive our answer.

(Hey, I could be wrong. I'm just tryin to think from the other end of things... even if I don't particularly want to)

What I know currently, from reading other posts, has involved a node that is outside of their control that is related to, yep, the net. Hardware? Who knows. But that's what I believe to be the latest on this... provided that the server ain't back yet xD

well....we could always play on the OTHER servers...only problem is...1's in Spanish, 1's in French, 1's in Deutch, and the other is on European time...i actually even started a new pilot on the Spanish server to check it out...lol and everybody was speaking spanish...not one soul was speaking english xD xD xD

xD ya know, it's funny. I thought about doing that too.
But seeing as the only spanish I know, is limited to the most basic conversation... well...
I decided that it probably wasn't a good idea xD

German? well... I can't speak that or French, to save my life.

By the way, I'm curious, were the ship instructions also in Spanish? xD
I'd imagine they would be, but I can't help but wonder xD
Might pick up a few bits of my old spanish vocab... wasn't bad at it once upon a time.

xD you probably know how ancient this is.
But I constructed the thread around the time of the solaria server issues.
I was a lower rank at the time, and multiple threads were cropping up telling about identical issues.
from what I could tell, things weren't getting any better on that front either, so this thread was
a way of trying to ease some of that. From what I could see at the time, it did work to some degree.
I finally worked up the courage to create it after seeing several posts in blue or green text have next to no effect at stemming the tide because people were not looking in other forums for these posts. The wave of identical threads continued to grow... so I hit newtopic, and did what I felt should be done at the time.

Call it self-righteous if you want, but the posts that I'd read from those who were being asked, had defined how the folks working on the issue had very little time to answer. Their posts were not having much effect because they weren't being read by the people who were re-making the threads like "I can't log on anymore!", etc. Therefor, this thread acted as a banner to say,
"No! Don't hit that button! xO There's too many of them already!"
General discussion is not the place for it anymore, which is why I posted requesting it's lock or removal.
No point in having this here if folks who don't read the dates can mistake it for regarding a current issue,
as unlikely as they are to give it that much attention.

At the time I didn't realize the length of thread lifespans, as I was less experienced on the forum than I am now Adrana. That might account for the above.
I think they know... referred to the people who were working on it, who definitely got that something was wrong, and whom I assumed might be better able to fix it without having to lean over their shoulders and stress over player-rants.

That was it's point, and cause. It's kinda not needed anymore though... least not till the next wave of new-forum-faces finds their way unto the forum during some server issue.
Hence I have requested it's lock, or removal. O_O Is there another way in which to do such?
Having seen multiple other threads like "collecting E-balls takes too long" has led me to believe that it typically is the way to have such occur.
