I am also having the same problem. I am using the stand-alone download client, and I am unable to login.
I'm sorry, but the lack of customer service from the staff at Pirate Galaxy is just unacceptable. These forums seem to be dead, as well as the Facebook page.
I'm sure there are many people, besides myself, who have actually put some real money into this game. Seems the GM's don't really care about the players >.> I have only seen a GM in-game twice since I started playing.
I have just sent a ticket to SplitScreen Studios, and I suggest everyone does the same. Perhaps then they will wake up and fix the issue A.S.A.P.
