sentient perforator against r96 hathor

when shooting Hathor's on Calon r96 it's not penetrating shield at all? making sure the inverter is off and shooting it with perf on and health isn't affected at all and my blaster is just shooting shield down?, tested also with when it has prot off and just shield same thing the perfo isn't going through can someone investigate?

Just tested with the same conditions (sentient perforator vs r96 Hathor) and it works just fine.
