I made a planet with gimp, say what you think:

You could make the star a bit better and you could make the planet a bit bigger whit other collors then red and yellow just to make it nicer i have tryed it whit photoshop and i found it nicer i will see our i can find that pic

The star looks good, but as stimo said, make the planet bigger.

You should also add some texture to it.

What's so nice about it It's like a lollipop planet all it needs is a stick.. i wish i still had photoshop to make one better than that mm i will re install it and make one better then urs pbhuh FEAR ME! lol
