RULE 1

Know can a gm ( i mean gm, not some player) please explain rule 1 part "grief" because if the gms are defining it as if someone asks you to stop nicely stop or your breaking the rule. So i would like to know what you guys believe "grief" is when you put it into rule 1.

CoC Rule # 1. You must not harass, discriminate, threaten or otherwise “grief” players in anyway.

Any undue stress or anger brought to a Pilot by the fact of following them everywher, Harrassing them for PvP, or constant podding of any pilot after they have asked you to stop doing so can constitute Grief to that Pilot

A PvP is not to be considered a "Grief" if entered into voluntarily or in cases where it is expected to happen ie Colossus (Vega 3), Red Sunday, Events involving PvP etc

Asterus the is fact that they have themselves turned on pirate mode not indicate that they are looking for a fight so how can grief be caused when they are looking for a fight and if they get upset by being podded they have the choice to turn PM off while a pod and should never have put it on in the first place?

1) the podding part mind my laguange is bs, cuz if ur red ur dead! so the constant podding, just don't turn pm on.
2) on the same point i can just turn my red on and type if anyone attacks me i will be grieved and ur breaking the rule or let me win this cq or i will be grieved.
3) if ur following someone and not doing anything (not even talking or hitting their mantis just plain following) how can that cause u stress?
4) with 3 if someone asks you to please leave a certain area? in terms of rule 1 what am i supposed to do?
5) if i get podded i'm going to get angry, if i don't like anything i'm going to get angry. so if i have red on and someone pods me, in which i become angry, is that person breaking the rule?
6) goes with 5 if i'm killing mantis and a person comes to my spot and attacks the mantis which will cause me to be angry. Is that person breaking the rules?

Meaning of follow in this case means, Stalking, harassing in private chat, disturbing you during your whole gameplay day by day, not giving you peace to play normally. That can cause stress quite a lot for the most players. Users are supposed to enjoy the game play, relax with it, and even to forget possible stress and problems in real life.
If you feel you are harassed, you need to screen shot different chats/pms with this person, in order to prove the harassment. It is not enough you contact a gm, and tell them you are now being stalked/harassed etc by someone. Everything needs proof, reports are not valid without it.

It is not against the rules if you stay, but there is something called respect toward other players, use your common sense. You can be polite and ask what they are grinding for, and ask if you could join them to kill etc. If you ignore that fact, it might create a hot headed discussion where one or more could get warnings due to breaking rules of cursing etc.

No one is breaking the rules, if you are red, it is your own risk and prepare for it every time you turn pm on, you just might be podded. That person is not breaking any rule.

No that person is not breaking the rules, there is no existent rule about shooting any mantis, cause no player owns any mantis on this game, they are the property of everyone, so everyone is allowed to shoot on them, but here again, it doesn't hurt to use common sense, and to be polite.

But do also remember to respect people who are doing Story Missions, and white standard missions, they have marked areas, and as much you yourself like to be able to accomplish sm's as should, you should also let others have that same chance.
If a player has eg. a white kill, or/and BP mission, you cannot ask them to move to other spot just cause you want to grind there, they have marked area for the missions, and all players should equally respect that, and make it possible for the one in mission to accomplish it as should.

know i'm not reporting but trying to get a clear picture ( just want to throw that out there) know u said if ur red ur dead. but the 2nd post says if u keep podding someone thats against the rule

there's 1 simple way to solve this own 20 harvs and let him shoot with u then use afterburner and there he goes ! BOOOM then get outta there before he comes back :mrorange:

i understand post of it but i'm still confused with the constant podding part because if they go red of course their going to get podded so how does the constant podding come into play when they do have the option to stay white.
