Repair target randomly doesn't work

I'm having some problems with Standard Repair Target that I have on my ship.
Today I was with a squad with 2 other people. I can select one of them and use it, and it works fine. However when I target the squad leader (not me), the repair target ability stays dark green, and I can't click it...

well, apparnetly my squadmate was pirate flagged. silly pirate.

Aint that a pain when they are in pirate mode?! Same when they ask to be rezzed in a dangerous area then you gotta wait for them to go normal! Let em die!!
