realy bad bug

ok so here is my problem

i logged in to the game and it loaded fine..better than usualy but then when i get on to the game page i am stuck looking at the star map not being able to see my ship,chat,hotbar, nothing on my screen...it says im at collosus hanger facilities..im in orbit but cannot do a thing..can i please get some help i have tried 7 times,used repair tool x4 and have contacted gm's from another account but still no luck.

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client if thats what you are using, and if not try installing and using the client

the game is now not responding via the authenticating service for ss and gamigo so i think the game is down
