Rapid items converted to strong

hi,

was wondering if any one knows if this is regarding all types of rapid og just a few,

my rapid tunt on the Dominator got transfered to strong taunt.

was wondering if that also applies to other prints.

i bought the sirius rapid OS on my Obsidian, but it still show rapid and not strong.

was hoping for the strong one^^

As far as I know, this only happened to the taunts. It was the only "rapid" item which had a longer cooldown than its normal version. I think that ain't gonna happen with other items, especially damage items where the strong versions already exist and where the rapid are the shortest cooldown.
