Solaris is practically down more than its up, not to be all that mean but come on guys get your act together! i'v been hearing how its the only english server with problems

heres why im so dang annoyed though.
I downloaded the "optional" program thing so i can just use that special app to play (and its got 2 "Portals" for selection my "Split Screen Studio's" works fine but my "Gamigo" account does not seem to work with the game)

Apparently you guys have a "mirror" of servers on "Aeria games" and "Bigpoint" (i just so happen to play games from both companies) but why are those "mirrors" not available from that downloaded program? (i rather like my fullscreen option and such thank you very much) Furthermore those servers arent listed anywhere from the split screen productions portal.

and to make matters worse i cant even connect to the Askone server! (the only other english server option)
So apparently im stuck with a totally useless english server and everything else is in languages i cannot speak.

I know this is going to be demanding and heck chances are that you will just laugh and mock me or something. But I demand compensation if im going to have to switch servers! i find it very unfair that i put so much time and effort into my character on Solaris and if im going to have to change because of such techinical difficulties you have with YOUR server (which is why you would probably say its not your problem etc.) i would at least like my character to be copied or transferred to another server (prefferably copied though since i dont want to leave my friends in Solaris )

I may not have played this game long enough yet to reach a high rank or have played for the length of time as a lot of the veterans out there, but seriously come on people. The GMs do their best to try and make this a great game. I personally enjoy this game very much and yeah, I sometimes get lag issues, have to log off and back on, and am sometimes stuck without a server, but not so much to the point it is going to ruin my day. The GMs goal isn't to make this game horrible for us, their job is to try and make this a fun and interesting game, which I believe they have done more so than most other MMOs out there today. I wouldn't give this game a 10/10, but at least an 8/10. You obviously have great GMs who keep putting up with all these complaints and even have a forum topic/spot for it. That is something in itself. Besides, this is a fairly new game isn't it compared to most out there. Look how far games like Runescape and FreeAllegiance have come since they were first developed. You didn't see people constantly complaining and "demanding" compensation, you saw people collaborate with each other and turn those games into huge successes. Which is eventually going to be this game, going from an 8/10 to a 10/10, or a 9.9999999999/10, because yes, I will occasionally find something wrong or get angry over load time, but that is pretty much it.

Final word: Deal with it. You don't like the game? Stop playing. Plain and simple. You enjoy it, then spread the word and get others to sign up. That is all there is to it.

We are trying to sort the problems with Solaria server. Our techies are losing a lot of sleep trying to pin point the problems. Please bear with us. We hate this as much as you do.

The other portals will be added as soon as the system is completely ready for them.

We are moving solaria to better hardware soon and you won't notice a thing except consistant login and less crashing.

How many posts and threads are there on this very same issue? Hey guys, could you please start to use the SEARCH feature?
Are you aware of that you are making your posts soon invisible, I doubt the devs will look all split topics through about exactly the same issue.
So please learn to use this forum.
