Hi

This is mostly a question for Astraeus or another community manger.

1) In light of all the problems us gamigo account holders have had over the last few days, and although I 100% agree they have not been a direct Splitscreen issue, in the spirit of goodwill, would it not be a nice idea for you guys at splitscreen to at least Roll our memberships and boosters etc back a few days, this would be seen very favorably by alot of long serving pilots I'm sure. ( These are the players that have been around since the early days when all their was, was gamigo)

2) Is there anything we as players can do to petition gamigo to release our accounts over to splitscreen, as it is our personal data, we have the right I'm sure to determine who has control over this information, so from a legal point of view, if we signed releases to have our accounts fully transferred over to splitscreen, would this not help?

1) I cannot give either a Yay or a Nay that we will do anything at this time. I will however discuss the options with other Splitscreen Staff
2) There is a lot of Legalities here which I can not & will not go into

It's been 2 weeks now since my original post, you said you would discuss options with other Splitscreen Staff about possible help with our memberships and boosters (Gamigo Account Holders).

Did you guys manage too work anything out for us at all please?

As every Gamigo pilot who changed their email addys when the instructions was sent in an email, Gamigo also reacted and show us Gamigo players they were sorry for all inconvenient.

Everyone taking actions was gifted with 10 Euros in the personal gAS account to make up for the lost boosters etc. This gift most of us has used to buy gold with.
I thank for this, am sure it covered the lost time in all what I pay in this game.

I will now close this thread as it has been handled, and I do hope everyone is happy & pleased with the gift.
