Put a Spacestation/Hanger in VEGA 4

it's not used because it is to teach noobs that most planets will not have hangers, and to have that many hangers in Vega anyway means were lucky

Vega 2 is from Smugglers so it has a starbase

Vega 1 is also from humans only from Colonials

Vega 3 is good to hide one so it has a starbase

But vega 4 is mantis and it would be dangerous to place starbase

And yet all planets in Antares have hangars even when the mantis overrun them too.

Also, the gemini starbase i still operating. If the Mantis Gamma-bombed it, why wouldn't they gamma ray bomb the other starbases too?

The Mantis would not put Gamma Ray Bombs too close to a planet, otherwise they would inflict casualties on them selfs!!!

Not really since they only would need to use a weaker one that damages only the starbase and not the planet. Geostationary orbit of planet is at 3600 km distance. Besides, Mantis have very good radiation resistance.
