PTR new update

I was just looking on the PTR to be sure if there were new updates, well, try it out:

The PTR works fine for me until i click on the "Achivements" button,then the game frezes up.
i cant find(if there is any) bug reporting for the PTR.
ps: i am not an official PTR tester. (if there is any) or do i send in a ticket to support ??.

I am trying to log into the PTR but every time i try, after i choose the server and click close on the news thing that pops up, the news window goes away and then the screen just sits there and nothing happens. No loading bar or circle or anything. Any ideas on what I should do?

Yes, but is that because the server has been shut down, or are there certain times that the PTR is open? In other words, when can we log in? Never tried the PTR before, and thought I would give it a go.

You have to wait after the New Bar goes away for like 1-5 Mins before it will move on to get you to the acual game.

The PTR has been updated with draconis features but not draconis planets. We need the features tested please. Achievements, pirate mode etc.

We'll trying to test but we cant if the PTR Server won't work or if it does lags. I tried to test it yesterday night but it kept crashing and bugging on me. Btw I hope these bugs, if they would continue, are fixed before its put on all the servers.

I tested to login, but happened same thing to me, after news window, it just stops there,
and don't tell me it will load, I had it waiting for 30 minutes to see if it did, and nothing.
Had to close with task man.

Ok are they updating the PTR server today or are we supposed to be able to use it again today??? I havent tried since the night before last night to get in it.

It is a test server

personally i feel that is enough in and of itself to say there will be problems, that is why it exists. that is also enough to assume it won't always be on.

at the time of me posting this, it seems not to be available for public use.
