Osiruis did it in the old days ^^ that was fun on invasions

That was in the "OLD Days" of Pirate Galaxy. What Osirus & his GM Team did then is now long past.

We are now (Since March 1, 2010), in a "Renaissance Period" of Pirate Galaxy. We have done away with lots of the "Old" and are transforming Pirate Galaxy in ways that are yet to be seen. Though the GM Team can longer spawn E-Balls, They can Spawwn some Magnificent Invasions all across the know Galaxies for you to Enjoy.

From Prosperous to Earth, many Invasions are planned & have taken Place. All Pilots are encouraged to attend these Magnificent Invasions & help to Repel & Defeat these "Hordes, that came to Conquer"

I think it has to do with the points being brought up. He might have meant it in jest, but you should not expect everyone else to view it so. Just because something was done in the past doesn't mean it will be done now/in the future, and justifying a cause because it was done in the past, I think, is understandably irritating, especially to someone who is now in the position of someone so referenced.

But his post didn't sound irritated, he was just addressing the comment wholly. I would call it informative.

I just cannot see the reasoning behind the removal of the power to spawn e... I suppose it must have been abused by a GM... but then again is a GM who abuses powers really fit for a place on the GM team?

perhaps a planet wide booster could be used to reduce e loss in invasions...

lance, is this a "one way ticket way" you can only think?
Doesn't it come to your mind it could had been very annoying in the past the gms got flooded with beggars of spawning E?
That must have been one good reason to stop it.
In this case, more cause of users, and not to GM abuse.

When ever I see a GM in orbit all I hear from players is either start an invasion (fine) or can you spawn giant e-balls (not so good)

If you need E coming to an Invasion its your own fault not the GMs. Invasions are for your Pleaseure or Pain . Why should GMs offer up incentives such as Massive EBalls just cause a few Pilots forgot to fill before coming to the Invasion? Invasions are done to breakup the monotony of Grinding & to give a Change to those doing Missions all the time. The "Old PG" is gone, "OnWard & UpWard with the PG Renaissance"

But then again, the amount of requests to start invasions was nearly as high as the requests to spawn e...

However, i see your point, but invasions are now more about the size of your wallet then the size of your ship- which is fair enough, SS do have to make money...

No one requests you or anyone else coming to lower planets invasions with your power ship what consumes more E with it's weapons etc, than what a proper ship at proper planet does.

bearing in mind that the amount of times people ask this, it must be very exasperating having to repeat youself over and over to no apparent effect. I only suggested the e thing because even in my gemini ship i run out quickly, I was not using a sol ship at the time otherwise there would be no point going. I had no idea that me suggesting to spawn e at invasions would cause such annoyance... After all, it was done before with gamigo, so I initially saw no problem with it...

well its clear you aint got a job then as if you treted PAYING customers with this lack of respect as you seem to talk with and AS i preseeve as lack of respect adrana replyed with in this thead. but just cos thats the way you liked to be talked to and treated doesnt mean we all have to be like you and have the same beliefs as you, the post that i left was addressed to adrana NOT YOU and im sure she doesnt need the likes of you to answer her questions for her
