ever since serius opened there have been so many problems including leaving a system, problems with bp's, the useless new ideas about jump ships omg i think i will not b staying on this game 4 much longer so i will b puting my hard earned money 2 another game again cya all sometime. but we all know ss will neva listen 2 players unless we r shareholders

Even better, find out who their funders are. Write them a letter
Tell them to go and read the forums or call a helpdesk.
That's what I advise my clients when they want to invest in a company sometimes.
Lol, once i had a customer i advised on not investing in a company. (Now bankrupt bye the way) I dialed the number off their helpdesk. He never got anybody on the phone. After that we Googled "XXXXXX + complaints". I did not need to explain anything more.
As a matter off fact i am gonna have diner with the same client tonight. LOL
I just look at numbers mainly, but these little actions sometimes give away a lot more.
