I am having a problem.My internet connection is good , when i am trying to log in through my client.First it shows loading for few minutes and then sudeenly close.The game never starts.Always after showing loading for few minutes it closes.Please help me i can't play.

I sometimes have the same problem, the launcher only loads to 1/10 and then crashes. Normally an uninstall and reinstall works. Id also send a ticket.

If you are playing through the client, try also to use the PG repair tool before uninstalling, that has helped me in these cases sometimes.
If Through web browser, clean up your Internet cache, and if you can, dl the client, works much better. ^^
