please change cryo drop for sniper ship

Sniper can beat parsec easily.. its just a regular s storm with euh i think 10-15-20% more health .. lol..

mates it's about the cry drop rate from sniper

I think the arugment is whether the Sniper has enough losses to deserve a Cryo Death Drop Decrease.
