Player from Thailand

I m playing PG from Thailand.
Which would be the most appropriated server for me.?
Because I would like to take part in CQs .
So the time for CQs should be nearly to local time Thailand or Southeast Asia.

I would like to play on server who allows me to take part in CQs at local Thai time.
Or any time that is realistic for me to play on PG.
Is there no server in Asia??
