Yes you are right, there is NO rule about podding anyone who is red, no matter if in whatever situation, doing sm, wm or anything.
This is a rumor, and anyone reporting such is abusive of the reporting system.

Just read the ingame rules if you are in doubt, or in believe that it is an offense against CoC.

GM dont Jail for that specific reason contrary to the Rumor that is floating around. We try to dismay Drac, Sol, Mizar, & Gemini ships from coming to Antares & Vega for the Sole Purpose of 1 or 2 shotting a Pilot cause they can. These Pilots that do this just have no sense of "Fair Play".

Now what GM will jail for is anything that Violates the CoC as posted in the Forum. No, the 3 or 4 Warning rule is not set in stone if you read the CoC. Depending on the Offense, You may get a Warning & it also depends on whether you are a repeat offender or not.

GM do not & will not take anyones side. The proof is in any Screenshots or chat that is recieved or anything they see 1st hand. GM see you violate the Posted CoC

Seems like all this game is about anymore is podding and grinding.It used to be a lot of fun with the "old" CQ's and stuff but now it is all about grinding and being jumped and podded. I Know that this is PG and I know that pirate mode is a feature of this game but with all the changes made this year to the game it seems like more is emphasis is put on podding other players and grinding your brains out just to put 1 rare drac bp on your ship.

No one forces u to go red so if you do and u get podded you only have your self to blame .
As for the grinding u r forced to grind if u want to get a drac ship with normal top bps on it i trust u have seen what it costs, Wtgjim not to memtion a parsec rared so what do u expect, tell ss to make the ships cheaper and not us 2 stop grinding .
