Yes?: That's retarded. Get over it. Everyone is always willing to pod lower tech people, just the way it is. I find myself in a non-rare sniper beating rared dominaters all the time. Yet they complain. So unless it is the same level and exact same tech/ship & they win... It's noob podding?
No?: what makes it noob podding? The fact that they are 40 levels lower than me?
Let me ask you this.. I podded a Mizar ship with baumar tech on it, in my rared Gemini Storm. I was level 72 at the time and he was under level 40. Was that also noob podding?
At some point people are going to have to grow up and just not go red. It cannot be that impossible to grasp 3 words, "Red is Dead". If you click it, you WILL DIE. End of story.
Now someone explain to me why it is that you must pod someone countless times because he had a fair pvp with a low lvl and won? If I had lost, they would not have put me on kos nor thought twice about it unless they are making fun of the loser. Yet, because people will not accept the rules of the game, they hold grudges, make war, cuss, and generally make the game an un-fun place to be.
They need to make so when you click the skull, it stops every sound and movement for that player, then bring up a message in massive bold letters saying "YOU WILL BE PODDED IF YOU CLICK THIS! DO NOT CLICK "ACCEPT" UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO DIE! DO NOT TURN PIRATE MODE ON FOR EXTRA XP UNLESS YOU ARE WILLIG TO DIE! ANY CONFIRMED WHINING AND COMPLAINING AFTER BEING PODDED BY A PLAYER WILL RESULT IN A PIRATE MODE BAN FOR A WEEK."
Then maybe some would finally start to understand the risks.
amen to that couldnt have said it better myself
