Paint job functionality

how about when you get a rare paintjob, it does something other than look nice?
for example, if you get a commander job, mantis start following you and shooting the things you shoot.
or for any rare paint job, when youre flying with it on, mantis leave you alone a bit more, as some of the thicker ones think your one of them ^^ . i think this is a better reward for finding and killing a rare mantis.

Rare paint job giving you mantis privileges? Sounds kinda too helpful:
That means that the sol attack ship which helps killing mantises is useless, since you can get a paint rare job, and make the mantises help you at anytime without e usage? Don't think so.

Maybe if rare paint job can lighten your ship by making its weight look less and fasten your ship up by a factor of 5%. (Maybe invisible item by taking the rare paint job: high sensitive weight calculator)
