Over Powered Stun in Draconis

Over-powered stun??? I think not. Add speed actuator to the notoriously inaccurate DDB increases your miss hit ratio dramatically. Throw in the pvp useful (not!!!) aggrobeacon. Now tell me the stun is over-powered.

AggroBeacon is very much useful in a PvP you just dont no how to use it
