Not letting me buy gold

Does anyone know why I'm not able to buy gold? Because when I click the purchase gold button and try to use PayPal but it keeps coming up with this:

Are you sure you are using the correct link to the Gold shop, and the correct login details for your Paypal account. Are you clicking the ingame link to reach your Gold shop?
Have you verified your Paypal account? It will not accept any payments before the account is verified with your bank.
