No Ion shield icon

I've completed the mission to get a blueprint for an ion shild, but when I go to the hanger to install it there's no sign of an icon for it when I open the zone.

when u complete a BP mission u do nto need all the parts to complete the sm, ex. mission completes at 3/4 bp, but i need 4/4 to complete the bp

In case you got all parts of it, please do a screenshot and send in a proper bug report.
Go into the hangar, open up the Item tab on the shields location, and ss it.

Also go to do a Java medic check and copy the report to your bug report.
