Newest Remnant update broke droprates

Droprate is completely broken after last hotfix.
Played in 3 man sq, and gotten 0 bps in 1:30 hours (3 yellow, one purple remnants). Meanwhile a solo engi got triple drop from said purple... Please fix the drop, its completely broken as it is now.

The drop rate is completely messed up, guarantee you people are going to stop playing this update. And when u do get a "good" drop one guy gets left out - compared to the old system which is suppoed to be better now - its not

4 of us in sq and somehow only 1 person saw drop. 0 bps for the rest. Plz fix thanks

problem is that drop rate is so low that often times players and entire squads got nothing, progress is way too slow it actively makes hunting the new enemies unfun because people dont even feel like its worth, i completely understand why players feel like their effort is not rewarded

I completely agree. We've tested it with friends and alliance members, and with fleet members, killing them individually, in squads, and most of the time solo, and you get nothing. Even if you use Graviton to "generate effort in damage, etc." and in a squad of 5 you get 4 or 5 blueprints. Yesterday, before this update, you could get more than 12 in a squad of 5, and the minimum was 7 or 8, but the drop rate after this update is a total disaster, as is the 50% reduction in Cryonite from Remnants. If they're supposed to be difficult to kill, there should be a reward for it, and that reward should be Cryonite in those cases, I think. Please review it @Highway and The other thing we ask is to check the respawns of the remnants in Gaia; they take quite a while and die in less than 2 minutes. In the morning after the update, they appeared every 10 minutes, but in the afternoon hours, they started taking 30 minutes each and they come out normal and a few of the purple ones.

Agree, it is heavily noticeable, before it was a perfect balance between getting blueprints in squad, but also going duo and generating enough effort to get 2/3 bps was possible, but now it’s dramatically harder

Even solo felt rewarding enough, i have mixed feelings about the cryonite halving, before halving going solo felt rewarding too cryo wise even if it did not yield as much bps, now there’s no point in 2 groups if everyone is gonna get dimimishing rewards

Rest asured we are looking into the metrics to further optimize it. Its still far superior than using the old drop mechanics currently but it still needs some fine adjusting.

But is there a chance they respawn faster than now? It's really slow considering how long it takes to die in some cases.

Also about the cryonite, completely agree, they are the absolute endgame currently, the cryonite was not unbalanced as some of the dangerous units can only be beaten with a group of a few people depending on behaviour, just personal opinion of course but it felt like the sweet spot before the update, no multidrop and 4/5 300k/100k crystals but 1/2, now it’s half that but its still down to luck if you get a big multi drop of crystals which ends up being less likely and feels less rewarding than before

And yeah seeing Gaia it needs more respawn rate, its not even weekend and people have to sit in orbit and wait for a new remnant because they run out extremely fast

That's true, it's not the weekend and there are people waiting up to 30 minutes, so what will it be like on a weekend when people are off work and playing? The wait will probably be worse.

That's true, it's not the weekend and there are people waiting up to 30 minutes, so what will it be like on a weekend when people are off work and playing? The wait will probably be worse.
Exactly, i think reducing the delay in between remnants wouldnt harm anyone, for Gaia its necessary, for the other servers the cap is 5 anyways, so we will see no change if we cant kill fast enough, but yeah Gaia situation is just sitting in orbit waiting for one to appear and running from planet to planet, finding it and killing it, only to wait again

I think everyone or most people i was playing with was happy with the patch before this one, did not hear any complains cryo/bps wise or dropchance wise, the only change needed to make it perfect was a bit less wait time in between remnant carriers for Gaia, the first nerf to multidrops was okay, it made sense, it was logically too much crystals in squad, but the second one i think was a bit too much, even if it evens out by being more crystals now compared to before, why not just leave it as is?
