new pm idea

A freind and i thought that teh pm idea is good but it would be a nice IDEA if that if you have no bounty you should be able to turn your pm on and off... but to have a 30 sec delay like befor when turning off but still have 00 sec delay when turning it on. witch means those that have it on but it is stupid because no one is realy going to benifit from podding them

yeah we like the bounty but when you have 0 bounty you should be able to turn the pm off

I like the 0 bounty:turn off pm maunually part but just thinking of all the if statements that would have to be added makes me... smile (1 if, then statement)
