The global booster tonight, what time is it for the UK timezone? is it 19:00 or 23:00?, like what is GMT+2 21:00

English Main Time is GMT, however summertime is GMT+1, and they announce everything in GMT+2 the summertime of Central Europe, what includes the countries, Holland, Germany, France, Belgium etc.

so if you live there the announcements are in your time, if you live in england you have to look what time it is there.

Ok, daylight savings time/summertime is in effect, but that still means that UK is GMT and France, Holland, Belgium and Germany are GMT+1.

Isn't the GMT system meant to tell the difference between timezones, instead of actually keeping track of time?

I wondered myself too, but they count summertime with +1 for everything.
