Hey guys,
I quit this game last summer and came back 2 days ago, i bought the enhanced membership yesterday, and just like 6 hours after that i see that the gold membership has a 50% discount! I didn't know it was the anniversary of the game till now, (i haven't had the time to read forums..)
I would like to know if I could cancel my enhanced one (since I only had it for a small time) get a gold refund (10750 gold, thats what i bought it for) so I can get the new Elite one, because I think this is a bit unfair to me, since I haven't knew about this event)

P.S: How about: I cancel I get 8k only back so I can buy the Elite one.

Unfortunately we can't refund this to you, as Gold issues is dealt with Gamigo, you have to file a ticket to them.
You have to ticket the gamigo GAS account ticketing system.

The announcement was posted at 10.30am on the 2nd of july, more than 24 hour before the we changed the prices. I feel for your loss but unfortunately we can't help here as it was definitely announced as early as we could. It definitely worth checking the forums first.

The elite one has 10% discount while the enhanced one has 25% and the standard has 50%.

Delloda has a point here, before purchasing anything with Gold at PG, it is worth to spend a couple of minutes at the forum, and check News & Announcement board if there are any news.
You don't need like 24 hours for to do that. ^^
