I had an idea for an mantis called the Mantis Scavenger.

Who is the Mantis Scavenger?
The Mantis Scavenger is a mantis that can steal your cryonite and blueprint.
Why do we need it?
It is also a carrier of the collector bluerprint, instead of having to kill harder harvesters.

As an addition to learn lower ranks things, I would like another mission in the Vega Storyline, just a simple mission.

It is between Mantis Exterminator and Intel Delivery, and is called Stolen Blueprint.

The Young Smuggler is back as the new Rosebud ^^. A Mantis Scavenger just stole his blueprint. You will have to kill scouts in order to let a new blueprint drop (This blueprint will be an intel). When that happens a Mantis Scavenger comes, you have to kill it before it collects the intel. When you killed him, he drops also a blueprint. It's a Standard Collector. All will be in rank 5 territory.

The Mantis Scavenger can be found everywhere over the map and they will fly around it in large areas. You have to think that every 5%/5% that you can explore has 3 Mantis Scavengers. In Vega and Antares they only have a afterburner. In Gemini and Mizar they get a shield and in Sol they get an attack drone.

not bad, a mantis to pick up our unwanted junk faster then the scanners loose track of it. When I think of this, I see a mantis that can drop anything it has collected and the more of that item it collects, the more likely it is to drop it.

I think I'd be peeved if that blasted scavenger nicked a bp of mine after I just went around hunting the damned thing for hours and hours esspecially with the new loot system coming out 6.^

How I understand it is scavenger will have a collector similar to our own. I will have to fly up and collect the bp at about the same speed as players of that rank

maybe, maybe much lower, but i think it would be cool that you could scare if of by shooting it, like repogrubs.

remember they will probebly only steal your cry because if they want your bp, then you ahve to look out.

yeah but I was thinking more if you collected four or five of them to make one purchaseable item, then teh scavengers comes along and takes it you got to go around collecting 5 or 6 blueprints again just to get that one item back again. I'd find that frustrating to be honest.

I would like them if they did steal bp I didn't need OK, but they should drop a part of cry, be sure about that.
