Not really a rant, you have to care about something to rant. This is more another nail in the coffin.

I have shot rocket turret towers on the hive for 6 hours over the past few days and have gotten 1 rare aim comp so far. I had gotten two aim comps on Gazica before. Spent about 10 hours there shooting rocketers last week. At this rate I will have the aim comp in about 3 months.

Really losing the will to play this game anymore. The only reason I come on anymore is some of the friends I have made, and I believe there are quite a few players that feel the same way. It is the community that is holding this game together. Shame really, I was addicted to this game for a year or so. Now it takes an effort to come online.

My suggestion is, get rid of the new loot system. It does not take frustration out of the game, to me it adds to it. When I see a gold drop and it is the one I need, i want the hunting to be done.

hody, try gazica, on hive rocket drops more often i think, and on gazica, rocket doesn't drop

Seems a major problem with rares on gazica. The only low ranks to drop rares...that I have seen....are menders/harvs and inters...ooo...and maybe the odd assassin if you really lucky. I think the rest may have been limited to r65/66. As for rocket rares...forget it...the only rare aims i have dropped on gazica have come as part of meth awakening. I did post a while back about the imbalance of rocket rares...to no avail.

its not realy the drop rate that bothers me it is the fact that i need to get a bp 12 times each for draconis first equipment meaning i will need 50 bp's just to have all the normal blasters i used to be happy when i saw a gold bp it meant something super now it means sitting for weeks to get the same gold bp another 18 times can we please get it changed back is thair a way to patition the devs becouse i havent found anyone who likes the system this way (btw this was a rant)

I agree it takes to long jus 2 get the blaster or any tech 4 that matter but im in mizar & geting the Afterburner aka AB its taken me maybe a week with help of others 2 get me 2 12/13 mizar afterburner its jus taken 2 long 2 complete just 1 BP i like the old loot system better !

I think you have summed it up m8....no more the intense satisfaction of dropping a gold...the romance has gone...

And how about....in light of the fact that during these endless bp hunts...if we drop a bp that we already have...on collecting we get the equavalent % in cry.

Example:

Draconis Scramblers costs X amount to fit and requires Y amount of parts. While hunting DDB and D Scramb drops (maybe 50% of the time or more) why not give X/Y cost in cry as some incentive???

This is from someone that killed death squads on Molikar for 6 months looking for Mizar Rockets. I just laughed about it. This new loot system just ****** me off at this point. :frown:
