Long materializer

Hello, I am wondering what the purpose of long and normal materializer is. The overall cooldown of the strong/normal/long materializers is the same only the time it takes to revive ur buddy differs. Why would anyone get long or normal instead of strong then? I think you need to look upon these items once more.

Rapid Materializer: weaker than normal (take longer time to revive target), half cooldown time (can be reused faster)
Strong Materializer: stronger than normal (take shorter time to revive), double cooldown... (usually a single practical use in intense battle)

They used to work as you described, but since last update there is no difference in overall cooldown times anymore. The only thing that differs is the time it takes to revive someone
