Hi, first time i cant get on the game with this issue ^^

I put my login details in, click "login" and the message "An unknown error occured authenticating your account. please head to our forums or contact support."
So here i am, in the forum requesting help
Cheers in advance for any mod reply, will check throughout the day for a post on what the problem is and if its resolvable.
