login issues

hey there...
sorry if this is not the right spot to do it but i can log in game to send a ticket...
i still cant log in to the game....allready have rebooted modem and computer cleaned cookies and still cant log in
game loads and when going to next screen i get a message saying "conection error" with 2 options "retry" or go to forum.......
forum says problem solved...well not here

how come split screen accs can still log in and gamigo not?! and why cant u guys have some automated system or something tht announces u of an issue with servers and for u to post it asap on forums so we dont have to post everytime this happens?!

if it would happen only 1x a year id say such system may not b necessary but seems to b happening quite often.
forum is already messed up and cant find relevant info why not create a system to inform of servers are off stop trying to get in etc...
sometimes the game client wont even start up when u guys have server issues.. at least add a pop up window saying there is an issue dont change ur settings yet or (take other desperate measures) were working on it ...etc
u dont even bother to have server status visible on forums or pg homepage so players can have info at 1 glance...(btw hitchhijers guide has such but its not V1s game is it?!)
u guys at ss sure seem disorganised for a people which should b very well structured and based on analitical logic required for the work of making/sustaining games....

Almost every Wednesday is “Maintenance Wednesday" for our Servers. At this time mayor updates and bug fixes will be done.
There will always be a note at our Homepage (http://pirategalaxy.com/en/) that the servers are currently under maintenance (right under the headline “Changelog”). As soon as this note is gone, the Servers are back online.

dont know whats going on was on the game few hrs ago and now it wont go any farther afer i select my pilot it just sits there as the asteroid screen

What gives? I can get to the login screen but after I click on my name to go to solaris server, it just sits there and does nothing.

well its been almost 3 hrs and the same thing and still cant get into the game even tried reinstalling to see if that helps even tried going in thru the browser and i get the same thing

On Solaria Server is it not possible to get past the flooting rocks screen for over 1 hour now and i am getting pissed off. we have already another counter up for dropping a giza and e cant log into our server what means not only me but also several other players. Everytime when therre is a update wioth so-called bug fixes we get more login issues then before. how long is it taking the developers to fix this problem and also fixing the achievements that are still glitched since many month now......


I am more and more disappointed by the lack of the support on the english servers. all i hear so far is get screenshots for this and that but it doesent help to resolve the problems and many times you cant do screenshots cause when a game crashes or you crash without warning then there is basically no prf to show what happened.
