login issue

Hi, since a couple days I can't log in with client and web browser. I tryed cleaning java, browser and pc cache but nothi g changes. The interface is stuck few seconds after start... any idea?

Download the Client and reinstall it , sometimes the Client might lose info and might not work fully.

Uninstalled old client, dowloaded new one, installed... but nothing changes.... strange thing... I can't play even on a laptop ... connection problems maybe?

Check your Graphic Card if it's up to date, and all other programs what might affect the game play.

If nothing helps, read here please, and proceed as instructed.
Specially do the Java medic test.

Problem solved ! I had to reboot the pc
