I can't seem to login to the game. Everytime I do I either get a "$Login.Failed.Connect$" or I get a blank screen or the "Pirate Galaxy" Screen with the asteroids. What's going on?

yes i too am geting this problem and so are another 3 people that i have talked to out of the game.

a day later and still cannot play.... whats going on here? iv contacted support yesterday and still not geting a replie from them on the issue. im waisting my membership people im not happy.

whenever i run the game i just get a black screen, music playing and the PG logo in the middle. i have tryed almost everything. unistalling java and the pg client, restarting my pc and then installing both again. that didnt work. i tryed reseting my router that fixed problems befor but that didnt work this time. i tryed on 2 other pcs at my house but still wont run.

i talk to guys on teamspeak and most guys cannot even get to the login page. where some have absolutly no problems and are most likly playing at this moment. I am from Canada so i dont know if it is a connection issue from Canada to wherever the game is hosted or not and the guys i talk to are from the US so for all i know there is a connection issue from North america to the host country.

i bet it will take about a day or two before a gm or forum mod even replies to this thread. PG Prove me wrong because this is horrible.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem, it seems the issue is at Solaria Server.
Last night I saw it was red, aka server was not online when I was logging in to other server.
I have not had any news that it is down, maybe you could please get the other players to post here who cannot login, or has it changed by now?
Give me an update please on your situation.

thank god for the replie i was not expecting it to be so quick.

no im still try to get on at this very moment but i cannot. i get to the login and it disconnects me. before i even get into the game. i do get lucky about once every 4-5 login attemps i actually get into the game. but after about 30 secs i get disconnected. i have tryed reseting my router again about 20 mins ago with no affect.

edit: when i get to the server select. solaria is green. but at this moment i click login after the login infomation input page and it disconnects me about 5 secs after and im back to the black page with the pg logo and no loading image.

Could you please file a ticket and include all details of what you've done for to try to get it to work.
I have forwarded this issue to higher, but what really would help if you file that ticket.

The faster you get the ticket in, the faster it will be read, and checked at.
Today at this hour there is no devs online, but they will be at the morning.
Also the more clear report you do, the faster they can see the issue.

i have already filed a ticket about a month ago on the issue and has been closed and reopended as the problem comes back. if you want me to i will create a compleat new ticket if it is needed.

A ticket filed 1 month ago is old. There has been patches and updates since then, so yes please file a new ticket, and you can also mention in this one that you have filed that other ticket, and include the ticket number of it please. ^^

There was a glitch this morning causing login issues. It has been fixed. Servers will be down for a short time tomorrow for the Update

- If you have a Ticket already Open on this type of Issue a New Ticket is not needed. Support will respond to your New Ticket
