Logging and starting the game up

Hey guys,

Lately, i have been having so much trouble trying to get into the game. On a normal startup i would just open up Pirate Galaxy, and it would show its percentage on the loading then stops at 95%... It would just stay there until i close it down to restart it. After i get passed it, it would open its bigger screen with skull and show that little loading thing spinning around for about 5 seconds then it would disappear and nothing else would happen. i even tried waiting about 10 minutes before doing anything. i would litterally have to restart this over and over like 15 times. This even happens on the browser as well. Then when i would get to the login i screen (after numerous restarts) i would login and wait for the server list and it would never even show (again after numerous times of restarts). then finaly it would and i would select my server (solaria or Aeria). and when i get finaly get in game i already see poor network quality. At first i thought it was my internet and i have tried resetting the router/modem to see if it would fix it. as time progressed on i start thinking its the servers since their new patch. people have been complaining about this new patch and saying they are lagging in game. so can splitscreen or whoever please fix this problem.

Clear you cache and update everything (Flash, Java, anything that is plugged into the browser) to the max then restart the browser. OR try a new browser. Yes, the type of browser does matter. I prefer Srware Iron for a browser for myself since it uses the least memory and works best for my system specs. You may like to use Chrome or Firefox. That may be ok. But trying different browsers may help.

If the server has a new patch and you are using the browser. Clearing cache can help update to the latest patch as if you are playing with the old cache, you may run into problems as you are mixing before and after code. (Yea, can't explain it well) Basically, without clearing cache, you are playing the prepatch.

As for your internet.

If you are using Windows XP: Click Start, click Run, type %windir%\network diagnostic\xpnetdiag.exe, and then click OK.

If you are using Windows Vista: Go to Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > New Connection Wizard to test your connection.

If you are using Windows 7: Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Troubleshoot Problems (at the bottom) > Internet Connections.

Read the post very well, do as it is instructed, go to Java Medic, copy paste the report from it in your ticket.

File a report ticket of your issue, the devs has it easier, and faster to look into your problem when you do it the right way.

Adrana as usual your not reading my post very. i dont exactly see how support will be able to help since i don't get very many replies from them except from Astraeus. and astraeus if im not mistaking is not a developer. Trying to ahold of the developers is like trying to dig for gold in the most unlikely place on Earth(not the game ,in real life)
