i have seen many reds killing other reds with sol weapons on baumar im just wondering if that is aloud because i have heard that you are not aloud to kill reds in eg. mizar with sol ship or exuipment.

Yes that is correct it has been changed

Only Vega is protected now

Correct, the rule applies only on Vega system now, but it doesn't mean you go to mass kill low level noobs only because it's allowed.
You don't get xp from it, only evil satisfaction.
But maybe that the only reds those noob killers can kill?
