On the planet Phobos and it's counter-part in the Mizar system the enemy mantis there drop cryonite. Whilst I certainly don't have an issue with getting cryonite, could it be made instead that they drop blueprints instead so that it can be converted into energy? At least on Phobos which is located in Vega. It would be much bettr for the purposes those planets are designated for. People could fill up on energy whilst they fight that way.
