Best thing I have found is to ask on here about a specific rare and generally people will post how they got it. For instance, I was having the worst luck finding the Sol Solace Resurrect, looked for a week and no dice. Then I got some feedback that the two best places are top left of Earth from the LONE resurrectors (not DS) and the center of Moon right below experimental area, again, there are two LONE resurrectors there (not DS). I noticed that the DS on Moon do not drop rares of any kind after hunting for 3 days and killing hundreds upon hundreds of them. I found 8 rare BPs in a matter of a few days on Moon.
