there is one problem saying that he is in a antares tank he hasnt got that he has only the vega rare tank that is the only tank he has so that one is out of decission (sorry if something was wrong spelled from sweden not the best at spelling) ^^

But Delloda is right here, next time take more accurate pictures,
and focus the screenshot on the attacking ship.
Also open up the profile of the attacker where you can screenshot the ship the best way,
and you will as well have the name of the offender in it.
The way I see these pictures, you have everything in the way of the view of the ship,
it is not clear at all what type of ship that is, nor is the back lights that much visible so it would be a proof of the type of ship.
Meanwhile pbhuh, I understood you had edited those screenshot to resize them?
You don't happen to have the originals still, the big sized ones?

Vega Noob killing Rules
Until we enable anti-noobing features, the follow rules on noobkilling applies:
* Noob killing is strictly prohibited.
* Players cannot enter Vega star system planets with ships other than the system's default ships with pirate mode activated. E.g. no mizar ships in Vega planets with pirate mode on.
* Vega planets will be patrolled regularly by GM's.
* Players in high level ship in orbit or on the surface of the planet with pirate mode on will be asked to turn off pirate mode or be teleported back to the system of their current ship.
* Low level players should screenshot and send a ticket to support@pirategalaxy.com if they are annihilated by a noob-killing pirate. Once received a GM will login and jail them for 3 days.
* Players caught in the act will be warned of imminent destruction, annihilated with the kill command and then jailed for 3 days.
These rules only apply to Vega since if by the time you get to Antares and you still don't realise that pirate made can get you killed; maybe that player needs to be killed a few times to learn.
