As the title says i cannot log on to my account i forgot my password and i am useing a web site called Mochigames.com to play there is no option to send a password reset to my email please i need help i want to play

You need to search in Mochigames for a possible option to send a pm or email to their support.
All Portals what are not Splitscreen, login issues are handled by them.

There is a Forum, is there any moderators you can contact via PM?
Have you get any confirmation in your email account when you signed up with Mochi Games and PG,
please check your emails in case of having any info there what would help you with this.

We in Splitscreen cannot help you with your issue when other Portal.

PIRATE GALAXY is a SSS production or not?
2nd:
If many ppl cant go to game(if PG is SSS production ofc)from any portals- why guys you allowed to allow working with these portals?
Yesterday was hacked Gamigo, today we have many problems with login in from mochigames.com..
So, guys, if you not have any problems from all this situation , I HAVE IT!
Less than 20 hours left 1st CQ for my clan- and already 4 ACTIVE PLAYERS(oficcers with high lvls)CAN NOT LOG IN I LAST 48 HOURS!!!
If you can`t or don`t want to fix these problems-just say this here, if you can do something for your customers-just DO IT!

All portals are responsible for their users and their login issues.
If you are not a Splitscreen player we cannot help you.

It is always the portal staff you have to turn to, if other than SS.

I already wrote previously, we in Splitscreen cannot help other portals login issues.

Mochi Games Portal Issue has been fixed
