Hyperjump Energy Cost

I noticed that the hyperjump energy cost doesn't decrease the closer you are to your target which in my opinion doesn't make sense. The distance is shorter and would thus cost less energy to jump. At least that's how the distance to energy cost currently functions in the game. I think that as you get close to your target in interplanetary travel that the energy cost to jump should decrease.

yes I know that the post is double post cus it's about the same stuff, and if he'd like to separate those 2, he should have posted that topic about interplanetary travel to Library of the Colonists-> Suggestions.
