how can i promote to TGM?

I want to be an GM (Game Master)
now is my question how do i do that

First of all you cannot be promoted to be a TGM.
This below is for Solaria server but the rules are the same for Ascone or any server.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age (Preferably older);
Excellent social skills with a cool temperament (Hot-Heads need not apply!);
Friendly attitude and a superb team player;
Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to a dynamic and uniquely creative environment;
Ability to prioritise and take initiative when appropriate and necessary;
Fluent in written and verbal English with additional languages an advantage;
Must be a regular high level player in any server;
Ability to login for at least 1 -2 hours daily and willingness to work more if required;
A passion for games and especially for Pirate Galaxy.

and thats why i cant be a GM im under age by 3 years but thats ok i just joined the game :3 i love the people here too :mrorange: people here are like my brothers and sisters and when i get stronger as a player ill atleast give some advice for the new players and help them

Hm... I might have questions regarding the level requirement, as far as what it means to be a "high level". It's the one part that Teresa folks seem to ignore, so throw me a niblit and I'll wake em up... Better to tell them now if it's beyond their rank. No need to let them get their hopes sky high before the downage, ya know? X_X

Okay here it comes, you ready Glasswolf?

HIgh rank player means, high rank player who has experience of all system in game play.
How would a player be able as a gm eg. if he/she were rank 15,
to advice players about issues at SOL server, or any other system higher than his/hers own,
if they haven't even ever seen the planets in question?

That is why there is a request, a gm must have good knowledge of the game, and preferable all systems Story Missions done.

I think you will now manage to tell them noobs why this requests a high rank player. ^^ :mrorange: ^^

To ALL You Wanna-Be GMs:
First off the most Important part is to file the Application, NOT Advertise. Anyone who Advertises like this may/may not even be considered for GM position (Sorry to burst some hopeful bubbles). Ask any SGM or LGM, FM, SFM or LFM thru the Forum PM where the Application Post in the Forum is if you cannot find it (To make it easy I have posted it here: http://forum.pirategalaxy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=350 ). Read it. Do Not Advertise in game or in forums your intentions to apply or that you have applied. You may get lucky ^^ :mrorange: ^^ :mrorange: or you may not :frown: :frown:

They lost their chance, because now they gave you the knowledge they will apply for gm as soon they reach sol.
People who visit daily this forum are more likely to be accepted, as they have knowledge of what is going on in the game through the forum.
GM's needs a lots of more that just read the forum, so if they are not even willing to register into the forum, and read/follow the game news, how could they even be good gm's?

I figure that if a GM's general message that appears in the lower left corner couldn't make folks check the forum... then even if I go to Teresa and skip through a field of flowers In a kilt (yeaaah, I saw that thread. xD), I'm not going to get much attention in comparison. ^^

Though for something like that, one totally should, xD
