We will be implementing a another hotfix in 2 days with an extra function that will replace missing blueprints that have a log entry in our log files or your history files.
Please be advised that if the hotfix didn't replace the lost items, it means you didn't have it in the first place so please don't send me a million pm's saying that you lost something and it didn't get replaced. Remember again.. the logs never lie!
