Ho Ho Ho santa event

I clearly remember there being 2 dates for this event. 1 being the 13th and one being the 17th. On the 16th I decided to check it out to make sure, well it's no longer there. My question is, is the present wondering around out there waiting for people like me who remember or is it not out there and people like me are unreasonably searching?
