i recently want to come back to playing pirate galaxy but i am unable to remember the username or portal for my old account all i have is the pilots name, what can i do to get help getting my account back

Is your account a gamigo one? If so; you may need to change your password!

If not (or if it doesn't work), then you may have to send a ticket to support here.

I think you may follow the link to the ticket support from Tyrannus, and you may need the eMail account associated to your accout to ensure you are the owner from that account.
