Hello All Pirate Galaxy Pilots,
As your New English Servers (Askone & Solaria) Community Manager, I will strive to give you all the best possible gaming experience I possibly can. I have come from the Ranks of not only being a Game Master of all Ranks (TGM, GM, SGM, LGM) but also from a High Rank Pilot base before I became a GM.
Should any of you have any Issues or problems In-Game, Please see a member of the GM Staff. If the GM cannot help with your Issue, Please feel free to ask Me, or Assistant Community Manager Kimbo and we will get you the resolution to your Issue or the Answer you may need. Should you have Issues with a GM you may bring it directly to Me, either thru a PM in the Forum, or a PM In-Game.
The GM staff have full charge of all pilot Issues, so, Please use them first for problem resolution and if that fails, contact Me , we will always try to solve your problems the best way we can. You may always start a friendly chat with any of us in game any time you see us.
