My pilot name is Ignoring-You my clan was Evil Clan i had all the cq ships
My status was not showing as admiral as i had to change my name.
I asked Kimbo to help me fix this, kimbo told me the only thing i could do
was cancel my clan and create a new one.
With this i have lost all my cq ships and money i have spent on this has been wasted
I am now seeking legal advise. I cannot believe a gm has done this to me
I urge people not to spend much gold on this game. as i know nothing is going to be done about this.
Ive been conned out of my clan and cq ships.

ask Kimbo, whether he gives you the cry for the ships. If he has told, he could give you. I think he didn't think about the cq-ships.

Dude, you don't know if you sell your clan you lose money, and CQ ships? Kimbo said the solution, but he didin't say: DO IT!... You did it under your own will! It's not GM fault, it's not a bug! So stop insulting GM's! And freaking think of what you doing before doing it! you could have asked for another opinion.. and kept asking and maybe trying things yourself, like re-logging, re-installing game or anything !

But previous to this i tried re logging which was unsuccessfull.
I tried re installing game which was again unsuccessfull.
A member off my clan spoke to a gm about this problem also, he was advised to tell me to close clan and remake aswell.

You should have sent me a PM or got ahold of me 1 of the many times I was in Askone but you didnt

I think GM's are responsible for this, this is a bug, if something like this happens and a person looses so much cry by a bug, then Pirate Galaxy needs to repay the lost amout of cry. This is just a formality. Maybe not giving it to the person but to the clan.

i agree in some ways, most ppl loose cry due to Bugs and server crashes

What i am seeing is that kimbo said there was a sollution, to close his clan, he listened cause he tought kimbo would be right. But by that he lost all conquest ships, around 310K cry.

He should had thought of that before renaming himself "with Gold" to a non acceptable name what caused the jailing for him.
He was not online when the name was reported so in these cases only thing gm's can do is to jail.

When he discussed this with CM, he could had told immediately he is a clan leader and ask if it will cause troubles when name is changed.

You all should really think like 5 times before you change your name for something what is really against the rules.
So he was perfectly conscious that there would be consequences if his new name would be reported, or a gm would see it.
What happened was called fore when naming himself to what he did.

Maybe this teach to follow the rules as well in naming the pilots.
