Harassement on Dante

For days now, on many occasions we have tried to kill the bosses in a normal organized way.

Some pilots from a clan called whitestar avengers TWSA just kept stealing and frustrating the event for many many others. I got at least a dozen screenshots of 'namecalling' and them making fun off a goodwilling group.

It were only like 3 or 4 pilots, the same over and over again.

Stealing bp's they dont need and laughing at us.

Can anyone tell me why they just can get away with that?

That is also harassement and frustrating players in a manor CoC forbids.

I will file that complaint and really hope you will find a way to get that done and over with for next event.

The dark side of a non pvp event, u cant do anything about stealing.

It appears that many players dont take the game too seriously, what makes them look like little kids, however being in a game and not in real life, it is their right to act as they want. It also is your right to not like or respect them for what they do. Other than that, there is nothing that can be done.

Anyway, If you have screenshots, then send them in, then they wont get away with it. In terms of bp "stealing", theres nothing you can do because technically its not even stealing. Taking rares you already have is somewhat sadistic; but theres nothing you can do. At the end of the day, its how the loot system has always worked.

We definately dont want a "you cant shoot that because someone else is" system, because those are totally broken. Its not the game that is at fault here, its the attitude of the players involved.

Now do you see why I posted that "grow up" on a different thread? It was not without reason. The attitude of most of the people involved ruins the event: Some deliberately frustrate others, and then the "others" allow themselves to be frustrated by taking the game way to seriously.

It is a problem that has no solution unfortunately other than for everyone to take a big step up in maturity. :frown:

Getting angry at someone stealing is a immature as purposefully stealing itself.

They couldn't do a thing when the pm were on when landing on dante and now they frustrate you guys...

Well why do ppl complain about pm being set on in the first place?
If the pm is still on then no one will take bp's without a second though of being podded and podded again when they come again...

But there's always a downside on each action:

Pirate mode ON: podding each others-> fight and whinning
Pirate Mode OFF: stealing and couldn't do a thing and insult each other

Te be honest, i do'nt have a solution that can cover the whole issue of this but ppl plz re-think what you want?

Well, I have heard this in-game a few times, and I CAN say there was a little sliver of light when I went to the bosses for the first time.
I had a squad with christ6969 and a couple others from my alliance. We started shooting one of the bosses and as those things are, it took a long time to get it down to the point where it dropped smaller meths. In that time period, one guy showed up and he convinced us that he would not steal. So we let him shoot with us. A little later, a couple other folks showed up, and we let them shoot too.

By the time we finished the first wave, we had around 10 players (two of them were 'red' to the rest of us) shooting, and they were all SHARING the loot. :mrorange: w00t! :mrorange:

We finished that boss, and moved on to the next one....by this point, we had almost 20 players shooting, and no stealing was going on. After finishing that boss, I took tally of what I has seen folks collect. Judging from what I had seen and what the players were saying afterward, everyone got something, and most got what they had come for. There was almost no negative feedback.

To put it simply, almost 20 pilots successfully shared two bosses over the span of two hours, and almost everyone walked away happy.

Living proof that sharing works, and stealing does not. ^^ ^^

i was tere im twsa i got 1 blueprint out of 150 cause of other people stealing so dont go it was these people when a srcreenshot of about 25 people huddling around a bp aint much of a evidence

lol ok im addressing this to defcon for his lovely post ... well what can i say yes we did steal as did many other pilots whom wernt in TWSA firstly we havent been "namecalling" if you have got a SS of us namecalling please do send it in as far as im conserned we shot at it at regular intervals so we did assist and the bps where any1s to grab also how where me and my clan assured a bp ? as currently i know alot of people do currently " hate " us
also 3-4 pilots from our clan yes but what about all the other pilots stealing?? and you are in the molijonir alliance i believe was it or was it not the molijonir alliance while the PVP was on on dante the alliance was keeping every1 whom landed from partisipating in the event as did SKA's alliance also i heard that SW clan was kicked from molijonir alliance for stealing so defcon it wasnt just us also for those pilots out there that beleived we where using "cheats" we where not and if you still persist to believe we have get a gm or somebody of the SS team to look into our accounts as we dont use cheats and i do know of some gms who consider the term "noob" offencive how come numeous pilots where let off with this phrase today?

And... I saw not everybody from TWSA who stealin'.. Only some guys from TWSA (Rogue Demon, you Gorgon, omegaGuard2 etc.) stealin', starting from ships, endin' on gravitions... Very many times somebody other steals, so I think, the way from threat, which I posted here, is very good and I need it to be in pg.

And there is a very easy way of fixing this, using a system that is also implemented in Steel Legions,

every enemy that is shot by more persons drops content for 2 persons and it's actually equally balanced and in some way demotes you from shooting on the same enemy as another player.

adding it to the current bp system will be hard as only 1 bp is dropped, so I suggest pushing the bp's needed times 5 and the drops of bp's also times 5, so that it's actually possible for the Steel Legions system to be implemented.

When i was at dante I did just shoot stuff, I yes, I ridoi the chat dude, didn't chat much. I did ignore the most, but I did also accept that people took stuff with out to ask "the almighty ridoi" , guys you know how hard it is to kill one of the meth bosses and there underlings, 2-3 ranks lower, then I mean there fire/armor... ppl will take stuff with out to ask me ö.ö, you guys need to do the same xD

Gorgon, the problem with your argument is that it isnt just Defcon who is mad about your alliance. Its everyone in Molijonir. I have heard this from many people. You can't just slide around the fact that your alliance has been acting disgracefully and out of line for the past few days. its shameful that a group of pilots is willing to do crap like this.

Oh? And who was it who, whilst this event was PVP enabled, didnt let any other clans land so that they could hog the entire event to themselves? Am i sensing double standards here? I find it hilarious that your alliance denies everyone else access to an event and then gets butthurt over getting bps stolen when they were the ones in the wrong in the first place. There are always two sides to a coin.

The amount of whining and complaining and namecalling in the "perfect alliance molijonir" was, quite frankly appalling. In fact, I got booted from the alliance for trying to get everyone to shut up! I am honestly amazed that anyone from that alliance has the nerve to come here and start smashing other clans!

Your alliance was one of the main causes of this. Do not try to shift the blame onto others.

What i find funny is that the person who made this Topic (Defcon) was the start of the stealing most of the time. And yes the fact that Mjollner tryed to take the planet, aswell as SKAs alliance. Just funny how a small alliance of Pirates is becoming the scourge of the bigger alliances.

and also who was the ppl being Harrassed, the thieves or the people who tryed sharing?
In more civil words: Don't push the blame and harrass other people when your the course of it aswell!!!

Your last entry is a complete and totall lie.

I did not steal at all.

On more then one occassion i did my best to organize things and let all have what they needed not taking a single BP OR Graviton. On top of that i have not only alliance people that can confirm that, but also several enemies even asking in public chat if i would try and organize this thing when i was there. Because they experienced that a little organization could benefit all.

Even Gorgon706 can admit that i tried to let him have what he wanted in a group off 20 players. When he was alone and red. So talk to him.

It not really matters what u claim here anyway, as Mered4 explained, a whole alliance and enough 'enemies' know exactly what you and a few others have been doing on Dante.

This thread has no meaning anymore. It will end in grieving remarks so it should be locked.

And i hope Developers will find a way around it, like Capnsanta's idea about BP collecting. If u have it, you cannot pick it up anymore. That will stop stealers of gold BP's in their tracks, yes they might get stuff a little faster, but after that, no more grabbing off things they don't need.

To Gorgon about the Mjollnir Alliance,

Gorgon you are right about some clans in the alliance shooting others when it was a PVP event.

It got changed to a non PVP event. But, before and even after it was changed, the alliance-clans misbehaving were kicked from the alliance.

The same for clan and alliance players that started stealing. After a warning from admiral they got kicked out if they kept frustrating people.

So during the event i met some nice pilots in 'enemy' clans. And i have seen the downfall off some players and clan's i thought were 'friends'. And off course, there is the short-list off pilots that made a bad name for themselves.

It doesn't matter anymore. High ranking players know who were the main cause off trouble on a lot off occasions down there. Those players will be stuck in Draconis and Sol for weeks, maybe longer, now most experienced players are moving on too Sirius. I wonder who is gonna be willing to help on Draconis missions. Not a lot from Mjollnir Allinace, that i am pretty sure off.
