ok i have played this game now almost 3 years now i stopped playing in October when my gf had baby i started playing agen in febuary only to find all my ships gone and in there place a disrupter with thermo Armour and sol tech i sent ticket to splitscean only to get e mail back saying cannot replace ships or any items missing why cant they replace my ships after all i didn't sell them and 3 years playing this game must mean something to them all my time and money gone for nothing

I really hope that they sort this out for you ooops, i can vouch for you having a LOT of ships, so much so that just reading your ship list started off an insane jealousy rage lol!

As an old clan buddy, I also can confirm that when you latest bundle of joy and future pg pilot was born you did say you were not going to be active for a number of weeks, and you were absent from the game for about 5 months before i next seen you online, and then the first day i saw you, you asked if i had seen your account online as your ships and equipment were gone.

I hope splitscreen sort this for you my friend as you are one of the few good people on the game that doesnt cause you hastle but helps if it is needed.

Don't worry Ooops, all as you can do is continue grinding and starting again, i know it's ugly but...be patience just be patience and you'll see m8 .

Even if you don't get your stuff back i would urge you to get it investigated as to who, how , why and when someone was able to access your account if you have not given out any account info. Send them details with a time frame and date of when you stopped playing and when you started and the rest should speak for itself if indeed someone else has been on your account from another location.

It may then lead to this person loosing all accounts he has played on or logged into also. Hope this helps you get some sort of satisfaction.

Exactly gcronnie!, that's why many players got hacked, i overseen 3 hacked players they were removed to lv 1 with the name of ''SpacePirate'' those players were:
Buffnoxe, -Optimus Prime- and XGrandStarFighterX, but they got back their account's with their right lv as well, but the question is. How your account can be hacked?!

So those people who do this must be cheaters to, whatever this must take a big investigation to know your e-mail & account...
Ooops just be patience and grind them back, it will come out anyday .

That bug with Spacepirat is not a hack, it's simply a database error from the game.
