UnholyAngel if you have an issue ingame what requests any kind of support, you can write a private message to a gm online here at forum.
If you go to Board Index page http://forum.pirategalaxy.com/index.php
and look at bottom, you can see the GM's who are online, click on their name and it will take you to their profile.
Please check that they are English & International GM's and not from any other language Forum here.

You have a button on their profile what says:
PM: Send private message
